At the Jim Heffernan workshop in No. Calif. last month, we floated the idea of setting up an intensive instruction/coaching program where Jim would work with a number of committed players to develop their skills over a longer period, rather than the two-day workshops, which, by their nature, don't offer much opportunity for followthrough.
